 Definitely better than the people who ask me about sports, even after a year of working here. Seems like every other week I'm always telling someone I have no interest in sports.  

 Genuinely depends on the function of the VPS. I have some servers in Iceland via 1984 that I keep at the default and then I have a couple that I change to my own local time zone because I consider it to be my personal cloud so it has stuff like my calendars and other stuff that I kind of want to be in my own time zone.

Also, some other servers that I use for clients, I have them on specific time zones because it's the time zone of the client, generally just depends the use of the server. 

 I just dusted it with flour as I was transferring it between my bowl and the loaf pan. 

Definitely makes it more sticky and kind of annoying to work with. 

 Also, having a bread knife really helped me. I didn't have to touch it with my hands all too much.

Probably the most efficient way to harvest all of your seeds is to dry out your buds to an extreme point and then you just grind up that plant material and get the seeds out of it.

 Off-grid messaging. Mostly text. It's not really well suited for data. Reticulum is a lot more flexible and I kind of like it a lot more. 

 It's kinda what it feels like. Granted, I don't have two meshtastic devices to test it, but reticulum just fucking worked. And I'm having a lot of issues with meshtastic. 

 I was wondering if weather was going to be a problem. The rains just kind of started up where I'm at, so we have a lot of cloud cover. 

 Yeah, I'm out biking around running errands and fiddling with a meshtastic node that I have. When I get home, I'll plug it back into the stationery setup and do some more channel fiddling and maybe see if there's any information online about settings that people in my area are using.

 I am still all in favor for the crackhead division of the olympics. 

 Some days are better than others, and luckily I have figured out ways of dealing with it and letting it go, mainly through exercise. 

I have some pretty severe anger issues though that still resurface no matter how much therapy I've done. I've just gotten better at coping with it. And letting it go. 

 And I am a genuinely fucked up angry human being. Ive just gotten good at not blindly acting on that anger. 

 Luckily, I recognize it's not my only trait, just probably my most problematic due to its prominence.

 As far as range goes on the antenna that you get with the T-ECO, its kinda shit. But about 20 min after hooking it into my rooftop antena ive seen 6 nodes. 

I still havent tried driving/biking around town with the smaller antena attached to see if I can find anything.....one of the 6 nodes is brodcasting its location and its in a public park....might start there and see if I can find said node.  

 If you're really paranoid about that, get an RF detector.  

 I would just break whatever it was. 😂 Especially if it was in a hotel room or something.

 Yeah, anytime I go sit at the bar near my workplace and have a beer after work. They have TV on and just based on the advertisements I see things are kind of wild out there. 

 Saame. All it does is piss me off anyways, which is unhealthy.

 Water, I guess. I boil the jars for 10 minutes without any sauce in them, including the lids to sterilize them. And then I boil them for about 35 minutes let them cool. And if I did it right, the seal should be good to go. 

 I will take a look at that but so far all my years of canning I haven't gotten sick off of anything I've canned so I think I'm good but now you got me paranoid I am going to double check things 

 Well I'm at about 430 feet above sea level and according to every chart out there boiling it for 35 minutes says you should be fine based on my elevation but maybe that's just for creating the seal. 🤔 

 When we hash out a menu, I'll probably post more about it. One of the fun aspects of working at this wine shop is when we get access to rare wine like this. We plan special wine dinners around the wines that we get. We do wine dinners all the time, but these ones are special.
