When we hash out a menu, I'll probably post more about it. One of the fun aspects of working at this wine shop is when we get access to rare wine like this. We plan special wine dinners around the wines that we get. We do wine dinners all the time, but these ones are special. 

 I’m especially curious to know how you decide what dishes will interact best with the wine’s flavor notes 💖
