The event exists on relays I use but Amethyst is hiding the event from me.
I thought Amethyst was more based than this. I'm disappointed.

I think most people walk with so much accumulated fear that they're not able to think objectively.
To rationally assess risk you need to determine the likelihood of it occurring & the severity. The fear causes us to over estimate the likelihood & severity of certain events while ignoring others.
They can't control what people think, but they can control what people think about. This is the problem with centralised platforms & algorithms.
Too much load on the client for very little return. I just unfollowed you & refollowed you. I expect 2 signed events were broadcasted with my nsec. Would you really want to know that?
It would be really nice if I could see if a person is following me without having to unfollow them first.

I think we need to ask if it needs to be private or not.
If it doesn't need to be private, then nostr is the way.
If it needs to be private then simplex might be the better solution for now.
