I agree with a lot of ๐ this, ๐ฅ but a ๐ major point I donโt agree ๐ค with: humans do ๐ need ๐ carbohydrates. They cannot produce glycogen ๐ฅ without carbohydrates. And all grains, including rice? ๐ Seems ๐ like Japanese people do pretty well with it. I agree with ๐ eliminating all added sugars, and any ๐ simple carbohydrates.
