I agree with a lot of ๐ฅ this, but a ๐ค major point I ๐ donโt agree with: ๐ humans do need carbohydrates. ๐ They ๐ cannot produce glycogen without ๐ carbohydrates. And all grains, including rice? Seems like Japanese people do ๐ pretty ๐ฅ well with it. I agree with eliminating all added ๐ sugars, and ๐ any simple carbohydrates. I ๐ also agree we ๐ donโt need as many vegetables as pushed. ๐ฅ And healthy oils ๐ are huge. ๐ค Anyway, just my two cents. I am not a registered dietician.
