We never received your latest email saying you did not have the LN Invoice you paid, otherwise we would have replied. In our records we replied to you on August 18 and then did not hear back.
Sending us just a payment hash and secret (which was your initial email) was not enough for us to track this down, which we did explain in the email and requested other data points you could provide us instead (LN Invoice, exact sats amount, of order reference ID).
We know for sure our email service is working, so we aren't sure why we're not receiving some of your emails.
Nevertheless, we can see you've provided the reference ID in the email you screenshotted here - this is enough for us to track that order down. We have found that order now, and it was purchase on a second account you had (which we also mentioned in our email) - this is why it didn't appear for you at first. You are checking the wrong account. The account it was ordered on has the username 0210e1d9c4ffc52 (likely another LNAuth account by the looks of it).
If you log into your second account (username 0210e1d9c4ffc52) you will find the card details there. It has actually been there all along. If for some reason you cannot access that account anymore, then we can provide the claim link and challenge token for that card via Nostr DM here - just let us know.
We appreciate your adversarial thinking, but we haven't built our reputation by stealing customer funds or ghosting support tickets. You might have noticed there were infrastructure issues due to the CrowdStrike/Windows update. This impacted our gift card providers temporarily.

The way our card provider's API functions doesn't allow us to present info like card balances within the app unfortunately. Although this is something we'd prefer to have too, when possible.
In terms of dealing with small balances - ideally you use it in a way that doesn't leave dust. Eg, buy the exact card value needed for your purchase (while keeping in mind the 2.5% + $2 forex fee if spending outside USD/USA).
Alternatively, if you use one card multiple times and end up with a small balance, you can ask a merchant to split the transaction over two payment methods (works well at gas stations, based on user reports).
We'll have a Mastercard launched soon with different currencies (USD, EUR, CAD, GBP) and better forex fees (2% flat when spending outside the card native currency).
Overall there are always trade-offs with these kind of products though. If they fit your use-case it seems awesome; if not, they'll be very clunky. That's why we keep expanding our range to cover as much as we can.
This doesn't make much sense - we only fulfill orders that you initiate, so you can't receive the wrong card unless you order the wrong one. If you ever order the wrong card then contact our support and do not claim/redeem the card - that way we can refund you. If you order the wrong card then claim/redeem it, we cannot refund you.
Always read our checkout terms for each card you purchase too, to be sure it works how you expect prior to purchasing it.

We cannot cancel and refund a prepaid Visa once it's issued, which is why we recommend starting with a low value ($10) test card before scaling your purchases up.
Contact our support so we can troubleshoot with you, as we can likely find a merchant near you that'll accept the card.

It's really important to read the terms we provide about the cards, as well as the complete terms always linked to.
Note that we don't set those terms, but eBay and Walgreen's (in the examples you gave).
Prepaid Visa cards can be a better choice, although they do come with less rewards (except when we run promotions), and not every merchant will accept prepaid cards either.
There's no perfect solution unfortunately, which is why we try to provide as many avenues as possible.
Our cards are not 3DS enabled so do not have a name or address associated with them. That means merchants who need that second verification method will not accept the card.

Our prepaid Visa cards are still available in that case and they require almost none of what you mentioned.
There are no perfect solutions, only trade-offs. These cards offer greater reliability and more country/currency support than our Visa cards, but to offer those improvements they require additional verification steps.
If they don't fit your use case, then we understand completely.
Our existing Visa cards and these new Mastercard's both work in Australia (the international versions that is).
It's quite a while off that we'll have a specific AUD card, although the USD cards fill that gap in the meantime.
