About that card question I had the other day...  Is it possible to cancel an visa card and get sats back? It's impossible to spend the card anywhere.

We cannot cancel and refund a prepaid Visa once it's issued, which is why we recommend starting with a low value ($10) test card before scaling your purchases up.

Contact our support so we can troubleshoot with you, as we can likely find a merchant near you that'll accept the card.
