This doesn't make much sense - we only fulfill orders that you initiate, so you can't receive the wrong card unless you order the wrong one. If you ever order the wrong card then contact our support and do not claim/redeem the card - that way we can refund you. If you order the wrong card then claim/redeem it, we cannot refund you.
