 I emailed them and all I got back was a surly retard that doesn’t understand how anything works. It’s a disgrace. As far as I’m concerned they stole $50 from me.

It’s sad because I had respect for Ben Price but clearly he doesn’t have his team on point. All these Bitcoiners will virtue signal about how their handshake means something and they’re old school blah blah blah. They’re all LARPing. I’m never donating to @OpenSats doing business with @thebtcco or tuning into the rampant VC propaganda @ODELL and @MartyBent are putting out. It’s sad because all they had to do was not be greedy and high time preference but instead they chose to be fake and gay.  
 We posted this in reply to your their message, but what you're describing does not sound like any of our recent support tickets.

We never received your latest email saying you did not have the LN Invoice you paid, otherwise we would have replied. In our records we replied to you on August 18 and then did not hear back.

Sending us just a payment hash and secret (which was your initial email) was not enough for us to track this down, which we did explain in the email and requested other data points you could provide us instead (LN Invoice, exact sats amount, of order reference ID).

We know for sure our email service is working, so we aren't sure why we're not receiving some of your emails.

Nevertheless, we can see you've provided the reference ID in the email you screenshotted here - this is enough for us to track that order down. We have found that order now, and it was purchase on a second account you had (which we also mentioned in our email) - this is why it didn't appear for you at first. You are checking the wrong account. The account it was ordered on has the username 0210e1d9c4ffc52 (likely another LNAuth account by the looks of it). 

If you log into your second account (username 0210e1d9c4ffc52) you will find the card details there. It has actually been there all along. If for some reason you cannot access that account anymore, then we can provide the claim link and challenge token for that card via Nostr DM here - just let us know.

We appreciate your adversarial thinking, but we haven't built our reputation by stealing customer funds or ghosting support tickets. This genuinely is a misunderstanding related to not receiving what looks like your latest few emails, as well as you using multiple accounts. If that ever happens in future you can always reach out via our Nostr, Telegram, or X account. 
 1. then your email service is defective and you should have humility about that
2. I signed in with the only lightning wallet I’d ever use for this and the username you posted doesn’t match…so the determinism of that system is also defective
