Of most famous painters, we see a small part of their works and obviously only the best part.
The rest are sketches and attempts that no one would ever buy except for the signature of their illustrious authors.
Instagram's algorithm is so sophisticated and compelling that it makes you want to buy things you would never normally use.
If I weren't so fond of the artists I follow there I would have closed the account long ago.
It is exciting to be supported by strangers who love my art.
But you have no idea how disheartening it is not to be supported by close people like close relatives.
Sometimes I think you really have to have serious mental problems to choose to be negative and behave badly with others instead of being positive and being good people.
Especially on social media where you can show the best part of you and instead choose to be an asshole.
