I use amethyst too and i haven't this feature. Do you have amethyst from fdroid or google play?

Go into google play and see if you can update. My google play version got the update. (Manual update speed up updates sometimes) If not, it's some kind of different roll out in diff regions. But I don't think nostr:nprofile1qqsyvrp9u6p0mfur9dfdru3d853tx9mdjuhkphxuxgfwmryja7zsvhqpzamhxue69uhhv6t5daezumn0wd68yvfwvdhk6tcpz9mhxue69uhkummnw3ezuamfdejj7qgwwaehxw309ahx7uewd3hkctcscpyug does anything else than global publish.
I don't use google play. All my apps are from fdroid. I thought the same, that there was a global push but...
