 This concerns me. Shelter scarcity caused by bad money is a big problem. Politicians don't want to talk about  it. That's how I know it's a big deal. 

 I've been going down this Syrike BTCpayServer extension rabbit hole for a couple weeks.

It's awesome. I just need to pay my bills with bitrefill again. I'm not sure why they took that feature away. 

 The Strike API plugin on BTCpayServer is fantastic.

 I have an idea. All the store needs is a sign with a QR code.

When a bitcoin freak scans the QR code, the freak is taken to the Strike tipping page like https://strike.me/odell/

It says Tips, but it can be used as a POS. Say you owe your bartender or dry cleaner $21.00.

Simply scan the QR code. Enter $21.00. Pay the invoice. 

The merchant gets paid in sats or fiat. It can work at your local coffee shop or Wendy's. Nor does it require training employees how to accept bitcoin.

 Who cares? The interesting thing about the article is that they hold a portion of their reserves in #bitcoin because PayPal tried to screw them.  

 I didn't even think of easy wallet setups. I should have my wife test this theory. She's only sent like 5 transactions in ten years.
