Do you mean custodial or self hosted lighting? To scale to 8 Billion users only custodial lighting will work and to make it scalable and private we need the ecash layer IMHO.
We need plugins for torrent clients that automatically download I.e. mirror and seed specific torrents posted on nostr. It needs some clever WoT filtering for “important” torrents.
