Closeup and backlighting are great 👍 . If you want it less contrasty you can add a reflector from the front or hold up a white piece of paper. Window light is also a great option.
I think that’s perfectly fine in terms of contrast. I would tint it a little bit towards blue afterwards because the kitchen light is pretty warm and makes the tofu quite yellowish. (Or set the white balance in camera). But that’s very subjective.
Currently I have only have a browser app - I would need a server component for NIP-96. But it would make sense to have a NIP-96 endpoint that abstracts the blossom servers behind it - that's a good idea.
