Please stop worrying too much about ETFs "acquiring 2 months of mining worth of coins". 

94% of the money supply has been already created. Evaluating ANYTHING on the outstanding supply, which will take until 2140 to be created, dilutes the broader picture. The current supply is what we're working with. The outstanding supply is a drop of water in a very large pool.

Everything is just based on supply vs demand.

 Yes though if we look at some data, most coins haven't moved over the last 18 months. Everyone is in hodl mode (apart from OTC's and wall street it seems). 

 They may have 1 million coins but I doubt they'll ever get a second million. 

 Maybe they do, maybe they don't. Hard to tell with Coinbase shuffling paper BTC around the order books.
