 I started eating whole foods about 90% of the time. Keeping anything off my plate if it has three or more ingredients. Lost ten lbs. Also stopped consuming sugar, still eat fruits.  
 This is the way ... gotta get back to more whole foods myself. I'm not so hard on the sugar, but no oil 
 My body hates sugar, I eat a tablespoon and gain ten lbs lol  
 Thats great! Fruits are good, lots of water and electrolytes. It's the fake sugar you gotta watch out for 
 I eat about a cup of fruit - berries or apples - every day or two ... Satisfying.  
 That's good!  I have a crazy sweet tooth but when I eat fruit and honey it seems to satisfy it.  Plus my energy seems more stable and I don't crash as much.  Apples oranges and bananas are my go to 
 I pour half n half or heavy cream over a bowl of berries and eat it like cereal or microwave the berries for a minute to create a warm syrup almost with a little cream (once in blue, add honey)

 Wow that sounds really good, I'll have to try that!  Never thought of microwaving berries like that.  I add honey to almost everything nowadays and it never disappoints.  Since I've done that I cut out energy drinks entirely, never feel the need for them anymore
