You know service isn't great when you call somewhere for support and there's a new message before you get put through that asks you not to be rude to or abuse the agents. 😂
LOL for real, they try to pre-guilt you into not taking out your frustrations on the staff that has the highest churn rate, I think services like this have to be aimed at either insurance companies or government departments lol
It’s all about cutting costs. They could provide better value for customers but that would be costly.
I can see the motivation for management, it might reduce churn and training hosts staff and also mental health issues, but I think these things tend to have unintended consequences
