 My blossom server is using linode S3 in the US so it might be slower overseas since its not cloudflare 

 one seriously overloaded CDN cluster

 My implementation does not support ranges requests yet. Might be cool to add 😀   

 It’s probably because you computer is contacting and confirming the metadata transfer with 5 intelligence agencies, relaying the link and your mouse and browser activity to 15 different analysis companies to log into your global consumer profile, your camera is sending a direct feed to the NSA, the image packets are first being sent and analyzed by 4 different copyright protection institutions before being delivered to your computer, and because you posted something that sounded pretty anti-govt this week, your ISP has intermittently throttled your connection to frustrate you.
