I wouldn't say we're game over yet on artists and illustrators, though. I could see artists training their own models on their art and using that to seed new pieces, or even using current models in a similar way.

For coffee, acidity is usually what gives stomach issues from my understanding. I'd guess either the coffee shop is using cold extracted coffee, or something about the brewing happens to extract less of the acids.

That's sad, considering lucid dreaming is the original VR with way more cool things that are possible in it. I'd love to be able to lucid dream, but the only times I've become aware of the dream while in one I got too excited and woke myself up. Lucid dreaming doesn't need to be first person, so I don't see why preferring something third person would be an issue.

If your dreams are bad, take up learning to lucid dream. No bad dreams when you control them as an oneironaut. Outside of a sleep disorder, we all dream whether we remember them or not outside of a sleep disorder that disrupts REM sleep. Interesting that a particular whey powder would increase your dream recall; wonder if there's something that affects choline levels in it or something.

Agreed. I feel like the bit about unions and the like neglects that the unions are just the corpo types with another veneer. The union will screw you over for their own ends as assuredly as the company they're ostensibly protecting you from.

If you're washing them in the same water as other dishes (like a dishwasher), lead and the like is going to leach onto other surfaces. I'll be replacing mine with ones that have the markings cast into the glass.
Yesterday I learned that any modern measuring cup with painted lines on it is going to leach lead and/or other heavy metals when you wash it. Guess I need to invest in measuring cups that have the lines as part of the glass instead of painted on.

There is something to be said for actually shooting at some range vs adjusting target size, but that's more to test one's zero or to purposely take advantage of other conditions like needing to adjust windage

I'd agree outside the interest rates on mortgages. At the founding of the US, interest rates above 6% were considered usury, which makes sense when you consider it only takes about 10 years to double your money with a 7% interest rate.

Considering Disney nixed the three Solo children and replaced them with Kylo, I wouldn't count on it. Seems like a missed opportunity to cut out the Yuuozhan Vong war if you ask me. Was really cool having a galaxy-spanning war over the course of the New Jedi Order series in addition to a book that planted the seed for the series that takes place between Episodes I and II called Rogue Planet
While I ended up beating two of the three bosses in Armored Core 6 that were nerfed before the changes (which was kind of satisfying to pull off minus the frustrations with Balteus) I'm not surprised my current block in that game, CEL 240, was also tuned to not be quite so horrendous to fight. Even after the patch it's still a horrendous 2-phase fight. Last night continued to be frustrated, but got it to about the last 10% on that second phase. Just need to get better at dodging its attacks.
