I say just avoid acetaminophen altogether. Too easy to fuck things up.
Doctors are fucking groid monkeys with their knowledge already being outdated as of time of them finishing college.
Yeah, no, it's probably both too much paracetamol (due you taking it mixed up with codeine) AND the alcohol you take. I'm 100% dry on alcohol and I only take paracetamol sparingly, without anything else mixed up (basically just when I have mild headaches), and my liver is doing just fine. Drinking is what really kills it, but no one is ready to admit that because muh alcohol is soooooo goooood maaaaaaan.
@anime graf mays 🛰️🪐 Yikes, that's not fun. In addition, be careful about combining multiple things hard on the liver/mainly processed by it.
