 @efa2e20e funny thing I was checking out some of the old Star Wars history that they seem to be bringing back piecemeal as needed. Thrawn dies a few years after coming back & creating a new Empire that acts as a buffer between the New Republic, The Chiss (his ppl) and a bunch of savage barbarian parts of the galaxy. His successor is the nephew of Luke's pilot buddy Wedge Antilles who marries Han & Leia's daughter. I doubt if they'll recycle much of this from Legends to Canon, but they could.
