I won't lie, I love what I currently do. I do small collections on behalf of different cities and townships for like speeding tickets and other fines. People compliment me on how nice, quick and professional I am on the phones (I even had a guy today say I have a radio voice 😆). The way KFC makes their gravy (at least here in Canada). Drain deep fryer at the end of the night. Take all the settlement at the bottom. Put in a strainer and leave in fridge with a bunch of rubber boxes of chicken blood. In morning take it out and portion it. Put in fridge.
