 The way KFC makes their gravy (at least here in Canada). Drain deep fryer at the end of the night. Take all the settlement at the bottom. Put in a strainer and leave in fridge with a bunch of rubber boxes of chicken blood. In morning take it out and portion it. Put in fridge. Heat up a pot of boiling water and then put in settlement and wait til that shit breaks down. Then pour in your powder with bunch of random ingredients and reduce the heat. The next leave in the warmer up front. End of the night. They leave it in the warmer and turns to jellow and any longer then a day and 🤮🤮🤮.
