I gotta lose a bunch of weight in 8 days, what's the best way to do it? Fasting?
Go on a mostly meat diet, I know it doesn't sound like it would help but it does.
 All meat + fasting?
Sounds good, but you just want to make sure you don't put a bunch of sugary sauces or anything on the meat, Maybe eat like some chicken and beef and do some fasting.
 meat
all the meats

salt/pepper/butter
I'm doing that right now. #hungrybear
 Is it working?
Yup. But I'm in too short. I started OMAD with carbs under 20g per day and calories overall didn't reach 1000 for the first week. Second week I had too much physical work and due to diet didn't heal fast. So now I'm on OMAD, 2000kcal max, mostly fats and fast as long as I can inbetween.
*calories daily, sir, daily. Not 1000 for the whole week.
I'm trying to eat when I'm painfully hungry and stop when I'm fed, that's real catch.
 You’re speaking a foreign language 🤣
One meal a day, don't eat fucking anything than fat meat, no milk or fruits, have like three carrots to it tops. No potatoes or rice, MEAT. If you are dying through the day, take a bite of beef and drink a lot of water on it. I got weak from this and fasting, although I wasn't hungry. Now I am, so I eat still once, but a load more - of meat.
I made a huge mistake of eating sushi after two weeks. It threw me back, I started to starving through the day, all thinking about potatoes. And I gave up two days already, because I cook potatoes for kids.
Have eggs and bacon, fry liver on lard, dig in steak.
I cook for kids so it’s gonna be hard 😭

Did guy eat sushi or sashimi.
I had maki after kids in a restaurant😖 Sashimi is fine, I managed to go through the day on like 150grams of salmon nigiri with soy sauce. Salmon is great, very fat.
 Dammit, not nigiri, sashimi!😅😂
Great. At least I can load up on fatty salmon sashimi 😆
yes - all meat (fatty meat) in a short eating window
You have to only eat meat and fruit. No fucking Carbs
 yep
don't even need the fruit, but it's a nice treat
5 days? Water fast. Search Gary Brecka water fast.
 8 days
Yep, the best way is Fasting. Instead of cut carbo, oil, sweet etc. fasting the best. Set meal window💯
intermited fasting combined with little sport
OMAD keto if you insist on eating and not fasting.

If you’re open to some fasting you should eat 4 meals in the next 8 days. This is called rolling 48s. 1 meal every 48 hours.
dang... 4 meals in 8 days?!
Carnage I don’t know why you’re trying to lose weight but I can tell you I went to just eating basically a steak twice a day, and I still dropped weight quickly
I just need to lose maximum weight in 8 days, doesn't need to be the healthiest. I plan on doing something long term, not sure what yet but right now I just need to drop as much as possible.
 Beef is the answer.
Eat all you want and the pounds will drop.

It'll change you quick.
does chicken work in place of beef?
I’ve seen others drink the marrow of chicken … it’s a process.
Don't go for lean. Chicken has not much to offer. You'll get cold and tired. I'm now basically on bacon/beef/chicken thighs. And water.
 Eggs though for protein? Ever?
I have more problems hitting fats, so I dropped eggs for now. Protein is good, but those fats😖
 Felt and heard. I’m
Completely overweight
Burning daily
Not for
Vanity
Just must for future work
Shock 😳
The last fast I did I felt super tired. Totally drained.
Yes. I had theatre training and show by those two days during two day fast, managed to give myself a muscle fever. Lost a lot though. Now I'm going to bed with kids and sleep like a brick for 9 hours easy. It should change, but three weeks in keto/carnivore and I'm alert, but need my sleep.
The tiredness only lasts for a couple/few days, as your body switches from burning sugar (from crap processed food) to fat (from natural healthy steak, eggs, etc). Basically eat nothing that isn't in its original natural form.
I didn't eat processed foods before😀 Luckily my husband set a trend years ago, we eat only eggs and bacon for breakfast and such, so if something, I buried my snout into baked goods or a pot of soup.
Right on friend. All hope and luck
For a safe and productive future. Mean it. 🙏🙌
Well it’s like this … I drink many of my calories… maybe you do the same 🤷🏻‍♀️
Yes. It’s not for everyone but I do it all the time. It feels amazing. If you take the fasting route I recommend Cole Robinson videos.

I usually eat less and move more (long walks). Depends on your metabolism as well guess.
 Water will keep you alive.
I guess you will look a bit thinner yes, longest I've gone was 14 days and I was fine but had a lot of fat and water weight to drop, you will just gain it back if you're going back to your normal eating and water retention.

If the goal is just to look different in a week yes, but you're always going to be better off cutting calories in combination with more calorie burning, that can be more walking if you're not much of a exercise person
yeah this 8 day thing is not intended to be long term. I know I'll bounce right back if I go back to my habits. I plan on modifying my lifestyle for longer term weight management.
 cocaïne ser
 and/or

literally no carb. only meat and butter and cheese and eggs.

and weight lifting. and if not possible jog

get angry 😡 and then just go run, even if dark outside, every day
 max 500 kcal eating sessions
Not sure how much I can run. I stopped due to a f'ed up knee and I'm afraid it might come back if I do it again. Lasts for a week if returns.
oh ye running is awful for knees, don't then.

weightlifting, even only body weight.
You can change running for knee up to the chest, aerobic type of exercises. It's not so effective but it's way less impact, and so, a good substitute when you can't run - either because of overweight or injury.
All these chemically "enhanced" people😀. Dude, you for real?
 was kidding lol
 Zapping af... 😁
Speed walk at least 6km/day 👍
skip a meal amd walk everyday.
Strength training and good food for fuel.
Dont do anything that raises your stress levels, or your body will hold on to the fat
Allow me to explain my buddah belly 🤣🤣🤣
This time last year I fasted for 40 days just on water, it’s probably not ideal for your needs but it was amazing the changes in my health afterwards.
Fast on coffee, tons of water and electrolytes
In that time frame you can basically only loose fluids. Furosemide.

 Water cut.

Day 1: 2 gallons of water
Day 2: 2 gallons of water
Day 3: 1 gallon of water
Day 4: 1 gallon of water
Day 5: 1/2 gallon of water
Day 6: 1/2 gallon of water
Day 7: weigh in

Only eat protein and less than 50 grams of carbs a day. 45 min cardio a day.

This is not healthy or sustainable, but it works.. I lost 13 lbs. I know someone who lost about 20 lbs.

Not sure of the science behind it, but essentially it tricks your body into expelling a bunch of water. You will piss like crazy.

It's pretty miserable.

Disclaimer: "The real weight that's being lost [when you drop a lot of weight very quickly] is through glycogen and water [rather than actual fat]."
Lotta folks saying meat, but eggs work just as well too and are a lot more convenient sometimes 👍

The key is: little to no carbs, so no insulin release, so no fat storage, but instead with a caloric deficit you get fat burning.
 Liposuction
 Ozempic
 yikes - 8 days?!

OMAD carnivore will cut you pretty quickly. You'll lose some fat and probably a bunch of water, and you'll come out of it in better health than you went in. Can be easy or tough depending on how different it is from how you usually eat.

Fasting is great but 8 days is very long if you're not in the habit of it and/or if you're not fat-adapted already.
There is no best way to do something unhealthy.
Keto. In a few days you'll drop 10 pounds of water weight
Lots of walking, lots of water. Hike around, explore nature, rest sunbathing, hit water, repeat.
