Breached regulations by trying to help a student with corrections, marked some very questionable student submissions and realised this morning I hadn’t marked other student submissions and my department head contacted me to get on it. If there was a story going around that I was gifted a chunk of bitcoin, I’d have certainly “lost it” along the way, but that does sound familiar. Just looked through his Bitcoin tweets, and there is very limited history before this year.

Good point, but the value of transacting outside the fiat system is not insignificant, now. Even if it is not ubiquitous, yet, not having the option or skills is a big risk for those people who see no value in it.
