Personally, I would say use well known exchange operating in your country. Get well known brand hardware wallet. Dont invent your own stuff and use hardware wallet as adviced by manufacturer.

Masking early in pandemic was maybe okay, but now it is just anti-science. Social interactions are not bad, they are healthy and actually you get sick less often. Many studies prior to 2019 show this. They just live in a bubble and don't know how to escape. Trapped by irrational fear of germs and propaganda. Really sad to see
I'm a physicist and I would be very surprised to ever see aliens given the emptyness of space surrounding us.
If there are any aliens that come to visit us they must be way more advanced than our civilisation and would probably remain entirely beyond our comprehension.
I hear many firends say that since they had COVID every cold they get is worse. That is correct but it's due to increased isolation. They get sicker since they live in fear of germs and desinfect everything and social distance.
Get out, meet people, do sport , go party, live life and leave the mask at home.

It is so great to have you here and being able to reply. Lightning is great, but sadly most poeple won't run their own node. It's too complex and technical. So for now it's having onchain btc plus a custodial spending account.
