Testing Wormhole, NostrNet already has file sharing over the local network feature to transfer files between your devices.

Your NostrSync backup file contains public keys of everyone you follow, you can copy it from your backup files and broadcast it using the Nostr profile manager.
However, expecting daily users to go through this process to maintain their following list is not practical.
Instead, clients can keep a small weekly backup of your following and relay lists, which can be easily broadcast when needed.
NostrSync serves a larger, but distinct purpose, such as migrating data, including notes, between Relays and making it available on every relay for everyone.
Your NostrSync backup file includes the public keys of everyone you follow, which you can obtain and rebroadcast as the latest event with the client.
Nevertheless, it's simpler for clients to keep those weekly backups, especially for following & relay list, you can also broadcast them as Latest in one click because you're already logged in.

It depends on client behaviour, if they are also marking your current changes as latest so it can't be changed by any other client just your public key. But those backup files will have list of all your following.

It doesn't work well on Safari and browsers built on top of IOS Webpack. I am working on a specific version for iOS, and I will use a custom tab for that purpose.
This limitations imposed by Apple's WebKit on extensions force developers to include additional code to enable access for "embedded apps" a step most developers tend to skip. Orion is webkit based.

The deletion option on Nostr is an illusion; relays can keep copies of your notes, or some relays can simply refuse to delete.
Overall, nothing truly gets deleted on nostr, but that's also true with traditional internet tho. People can simply screenshot or use some kind of archive site. π€
