primal has a caching relay (so it is my guesstimate) that there is a delay from the actual data. njump.me also is a bit of delay. the most up to date data i always see from nostr.band but that is also dependent on what relays are public, i'm not sure if covers some of these more private relays, you'd have to ask @brugeman
you can use it however you like but it is geared toward nostr + lightning users. don't even need a nostr login to use it, can login with a lightning address

I need a to buy a smol laser cutter. Desktop that has a nice 10-12 inch bed and doesn't require a massive amount of venting setup. Cutting mostly thick paper and up to 1/4" acrylic. Any hardware folks have good suggestions?
I am aware the industry has shifted a lot in the past decade, so no interest in shelling out for a 20-30k Epilog, I was previously a heavy use of Epliogs but they didn't belong to me. This cricut thing is not working, too slow.

so the layered stuff, like cardstock with another piece of paper taped on top doesn't cut as cleanly, is that what you mean?
