Got this with someone else too... Can't remember who... Also with an Alby address. Though it was weird my Alby couldn't get to them..maybe the new hub?

 I had issues (delays) with plain vanilla Alby zaps. Not sure if related.

 How much inbound capacity do you have in your channel and who is your channel partner? You can check on the node page in Alby Hub 

 hah the routing fee was 10k sats for some reaon on my inbound 

 We set a high routing fee by default on public channels to disable unwanted routing. But it won’t affect your ability to receive payments 

 ah, maybe i want that then

so i'm just trying with putting some sats out because the chanel was all outbound and no inbound capacity, should work now i guess, i could try zapping myself from my wallet 

 yeah, i can't send into my alby now says routing error, there is plenty of inbound capacity now 

 i've opened a few more channels now to a couple different peers, hopefully that makes things different... the error i get from wallet of satoshi is no route

 nope it's working now i just needed to have at least 2 channels, got two on megalith and two on olympus 

 Cool! One thing to keep in mind, make sure to only have either public or private channels. A mix won’t work well. You only need public ones if you’re a podcaster or want to route payments 

 one question i have is how do i rebalance channels from the alby hub web interface? 

 We don’t have such a feature yet. Feel free to request it from the Alby Hub sidebar if you think users would find it useful! 

 i also had a lot of problems with inbound on alby hub, so had to switch out of it last week. when things stabilize i'll try again but its been hit or miss for me. 

 did you get the 7sats? 

 Failing from Phoenix. Saying `Fee is insufficient`. But I have enough sats. Guess it's Phoenix issue!
