☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ when I need to clear my field (which is multiple times a day ) I do a 1 minute meditation, close my eyes , do 4-2-6 breathing ( inhale 4 -hold 2- exhale 6) and visualize being in a crystal pyramid of protection and peace- as I am there I visualize all the energy that doesn’t serve me exhaling into light sparkles and transmuting out of my body then the protective pyramid top point . Every inhale I bring LOVE into my being as a cleansing breath and go through all of my chakras and energy pathways and use my breath to cleanse me on the exhale outward to the sides then upward. As I notice exterior energies trying to attach to me I visualize them as little tiny wasps on the outside of the crystal clear pyramid and they cannot get in like bugs on a closed window.

I guess it’s a sign of getting older ? I meditate and chant and pray for about 60-90 minutes every morning - it’s just so early instead of 5-6:30 I have been tuning in more which is nice. Feeling more safe and connected to God and all of my guides and angels. Pretty awesome
