this is my situation too. i love the early mornings. but then it requires a nap later which is hard if you're a coffee drinker. youtube tells me it's a great time to activate the "pineal gland" with meditation... i have no idea. prior to a few months ago, i was worried about the closet door mirrors and entities coming through them so I started a Windex ritual for the mirrors. i've kinda made a pact with Jesus, so i have stronger stuff against spirit entities coming thru the mirror. but now i need to put cleaning on my to do list because i'm not scared into it anymore.
i think the issue of cleaning, cats are the best teachers if you can't think of anything "fun" or "important" to do, sweep something, wipe something down, put something in the washing machine, mop a damp bathroom floor you watch cats and they are always sitting there, their eyes go into spaced out, and then on comes the cleaning program
I meditate, chant and pray for about an hour to 90 minutes every morning so it’s just happening earlier now 🙏☮️💜
