Man boobs are to men as cellulite is to women.
2 aesthetic annoyances than millions of people have, and have been psy-opped into believing it's either (a) genetic and can't be fixed or (b) a result of lack of exercise
Both wrong. These problems are both a textbook side effect of eating PLANT OILS, which the human body is not built to process.
Our digestive system is extremely acidic (even more than a lion!) meaning we are designed to eat MEAT and FAT only - zero plants. Plant fibers & oils are completely indigestible to us, so when you consume them, problems happen (digestive problems and unwanted fat deposits, respectively)
Cellulite and man boobs are literally just a coagulation of oils that the body doesn't know what to do with. EASY FIX: Throw out the canola oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, avocado oil, olive oil, etc., and replace that crap with butter, ghee, and beef tallow!
The moobs & cottage cheese legs will evaporate in a matter of months, guaranteed.
(Adding exercise will speed up the process as well, just remember, that is a BONUS. No amount of squats, bench press or cardio will fix these issues if you're stuffing the wrong food into your mouth everyday)

This true? It seems a little too simplistic. Plant/seed oils are definitely mitochodrial disruptors. Just unsure how much that translates to both uneven subdermal fat in legs and excessive fat deposits in the chest.
Yeah I’m kinda in your boat on this
I also agree that it is too simplistic. If you want a simple model, nutrients vs toxins is a much more useful and correct model than plants vs animals. Some fibers are extremely helpful and some are harmful. I linked a video if you are interested in another comment.
If you are looking for mechanisms, I’d hypothesize that malondialdehyde, which is produced via bio-transformation from seed oils are the strongest culprit as it gets detoxed. I have never seen an anti-seed-oil advocate discuss this. Why? Perhaps if aldehydes were investigated for the wreckage they cause then we all might get somewhere useful.
“They” have known since the late 1800s that all muscle meat diet doesn’t work the way that carnivore influencers present.
Yes, meat good. Arguably highest nutrient food with lowest toxicity. It fails in that it is a terrible food for getting already accumulated toxins out of your body.
I believe that all of that info and more is in the video I referenced. If not, it’s in Nutrition Detective’s other videos.
Consider, in my favorite paper of all time, John Ioannidis argues that 90% of all published research is false. If true, what does that tell you? Something to think about

I thought eating meat caused acidity to build up in the body
I like meat as much as the next guy but I don’t think a lot of these claim about plant oil is 100% guaranteed.
Especially olive oil? Lmao healthiest nations in the world consume a ton of it, it's incredibly good for the body.
Olive oil, like any other oil, is a fat concentrate and shouldn't be consumed in large quantity. Better eat the whole olive instead of the oil.
Fat by definition is a fat concentrate. What is a point of your message? What exactly is a 'large quantity'. Greeks consume 24L per year per person and their life expectancy is 84f/79m.
Whole food vs oil, so olive vs olive oil. Olives is the full package (fat, fiber, protein). Olive oil is fat only. It's easy to over consume fats with oils.
You can't link life expectancy with the consumption of a certain food. Consuming large amount of olive oil doesn't mean you are going to leave longer. Populations who don't consume olive oil, or little of it, have the same life expectancy.
Based on the nutritional facts on the olive oil bottle in my pantry, 24L a year, thats 540 cal a day. If you add the oily fishes, nuts and seeds, avocados, olives,... that's a lot of daily fats. Unless on a high fat diet.
You really should learn about the incredible health benefits of the olive oil. Olympic champions had olive wreaths for a reason. All this noise from carnivore 'i know it all you are a wrong ' are annoying and uneducated.
Do you know if the Greeks have always consumed that much olive oil, or is it a recent phenomenon? How much were they consuming 100 years ago for instance?
Greeks have been consuming olive since the beginning of their civilization
I wholeheartedly agree on seed oils. Their manufacture process alone keeps me from them. However, I’ve found some information that directly contradicts the statement that human digestive juices are more acidic than carnivorous animals and it is more likely humans have evolved to eat a plant based diet. I love beef and other meats, in particular, lamb and seem to have a much better experience eating them than plants. It is probably more likely that humans are ,evolutionarily speaking, omnivorous. It is also quite possible, and very likely, that everyone is different and can thrive on different diets.
Fruits and vegetables is the rule? What is the science behind this?
I've kicked oils for 2 months so far and still have man boobs? Wen gone?
> Our digestive system is extremely acidic (even more than a lion!) meaning we are designed to eat MEAT and FAT only - zero plants.
Bull shit
I am aware and have sources for the inflammatory issue when eating too much Omega-6 (plant oils).
However I have never seen any explanation or got a good source for why it shall fix cellulites or man-boobs.
Can you please share yours? Thanks!
Because there is none. Text book carnivoo nonsense.
I used to eat a standard diet with seed oils and I never had man boobs.
You can stack a lot of SATs with those Nobel prize winnings bro!
Do you know what this occurs in women’s legs and in men’s titties? 🤔
Might be simplistic but I can say that hunger and digestive issues go away when eating primarily meat. I still think folate is only sourced from veggies and you should be eating some veggies, modest fruits and nuts. Im primarily meat based in my household and Im amazed how little snacking everyone now does.
Never even heard of folates

don't get me wrong, in very procarnivores but folate is a pretty well understood nutrient.
Chicken liver has a good amount of folate and lower amount of vitamin A and copper compared to beef liver. Plain lamb meat and fish also has some, more than beef.
