@bade302b Phantom noises, experienced them myself once or twice . Usually someone calling my name, but other noises too.
I’ve always put mine down to stress.

@bade302b My Dad drew the line when I tried to smoke out a wasps nest in the top of the old outhouse roof - & set fire to said roof !
I managed to put it out, but he was less than pleased to say the least, i think words like borstal were mentioned ! 🙄🤦♂️

My Mum hated me because I was a ‘fire bobbie’ as a child & loved lighting mini fires on her new stove made out of spent matches 🤦♂️
That maybe why I use a mini blow torch to grill cheese these days 😂
@bade302b I think, although its a ridiculously old memory , we had a range when we first moved into my parents house when I was 3 , I remember that the kitchen was totally gutted & my Dad rebuilt it . We gotta yellow gas 2 oven thing after that.

Monday in A&E we were in the IAU - a tiny room that used to be a corridor I think. There were a dozen people in there, one of them a super skinny teenage girl who was not well at all.
She felt she had to throw up but only made it to the tall peddle bin in the corner of the room near the door, poor thing 😟
Everyone ignored her but me , I couldn’t do much because I could barely stand , so I got AJJ to go fetch a nurse! . EVERYONE ignored this girl but me! 😡😳☹️

The cats were fed a wet n dry food at 5:30pm this afternoon.
Sophie is so tubby she is only just fitting thru the cat flap !
So AJJ , for no good reason tops up the dry food bowl 1 ½ hours , so the girls , never ones to look a stuffing session in the face , are now stuffing their faces again.
Give it 15 mins & at least 1 of them will be throwing up 🙄🤦♂️
Oh & did I mention that Sophie is a tubby mog ???
I don’t know how to, or even if to tackle this.
@bade302b We had a Renault Megane in after a crash for body work , it took them 3 months , partly because the rob dogs nicked the spoiler for another job then struggled to get a replacement. !!!!
@bade302b My nephew wears a beanie, ALL the time , inside & out! It’s hilarious but we’re under strict instructions form my Sis not to tease him about it 😁 😇

Well after an initial struggle to find the least hot place in the bed (on top of it , as opposed to in it) I slept through!
(Parents everywhere cheering me on there I suspect 😂)
