I haven't looked into it. I have never consumed alcohol in my life. Found it funny. If you drink it does it make you more American is my only question 😂

Don't worry so much what others think. Should of sang your heart out but I am sure your way still got the job done! How did the order go? Did your voice crackle?
Sorry, Boomers, you will have to wait until the market opens back up on Monday to buy the dip. I'm buying the dip now. I'll then buy the dip of the dip on Monday too 😂
I should of rephrased it to "the suits". Plenty of boomers now who buy real bitcoin and not just the etf. My dad still cant pull it off so hat tip to you.
Lifehack
1. Buy one bitaxe
2. Take Picture of Bitaxe
3. Post it
4. Collect Zaps
Create new npub
take a different photo of the same bitaxe
collect more zaps.
ROI 🚀🚀🚀🚀
Hang in there, man. Hodling is no joke, especially if you watch the price daily. The 2020 Covid panic drop was a gut punch for me. I thought we had turned the corner. I was ready to stop renting and buy a place in PR. I tend to hold most of my value in BTC. Well, everything turned out alright a year later, and I bought a place. The moral of the story is that max pain is expected, and when a lot of people feel the same, that's usually when things flip around and take off regarding the Bitcoin price, even if it takes longer than expected. nostr:nprofile1qqsp4lsvwn3aw7zwh2f6tcl6249xa6cpj2x3yuu6azaysvncdqywxmgpr9mhxue69uhhqatjv9mxjerp9ehx7um5wghxcctwvsqs6amnwvaz7tmwdaejumr0dsq32amnwvaz7tm9v3jkutnwdaehgu3wd3skueqkshq8e is right; the best things in life are free. I feel like traveling hysteria took off because of social media like Instagram. People spend half their vacations taking pictures of themselves and where they are instead of enjoying the moment. At the end of the day, things like going to the park with the family are free and a much better time. My parents took me to Disney World when I was 8 and Portugal when I was 10. They were the only family trips we ever did. My dad worked a lot. I barely remember those trips, but do you know what I remember vividly? Sundays at the park with my dad playing soccer because it was mainly the only day he had off. Stuff like that was more memorable than traveling. I do see a lot of Bitcoiners not enjoying life and going through something similar to what you are. I lived it for a couple of years as well. Nothing is more scarce than time. You don't want to be old and have regrets. Does this mean blowing the whole stack and traveling the world? Nah, it means figuring out what you really want in life and what makes you happy. Also, sometimes life makes you sell some of your stack; that's life. I sold to buy a place in PR. I could have bought a massive place, but I chose to buy a modest place instead. Be smart with it. So many things are unnecessary, but the fiat world is always marketing that your way to happiness is through the big house, nice car, expensive gadgets, traveling the world, jewelry, etc. It's literally non-stop marketing everywhere you look. That's why so many people are depressed, thinking they're less because they don't have those things or experiences. Screw that fiat propaganda. Hope you end up getting out of your own head we have all been there. Feel free to reach out if you ever need it. I know mentally, sometimes being a Hodler can be rough. God bless 🙏🫂

Both picked up on it, but it was actually moved to somewhere else in the FAQ. Thanks for the correction. I didn't see that earlier. Regardless of whether you trusted Telegram before, just know it was never private. They may have been based on declining government requests before, but that is most likely going to change moving forward. Having a public CEO is an easy point of failure. Satoshi did it the right way.

❤️ Thanks everyone for your support and love!
Last month I got interviewed by police for 4 days after arriving in Paris. I was told I may be personally responsible for other people’s illegal use of Telegram, because the French authorities didn’t receive responses from Telegram.
This was surprising for several reasons:
1. Telegram has an official representative in the EU that accepts and replies to EU requests. Its email address has been publicly available for anyone in the EU who googles “Telegram EU address for law enforcement”.
2. The French authorities had numerous ways to reach me to request assistance. As a French citizen, I was a frequent guest at the French consulate in Dubai. A while ago, when asked, I personally helped them establish a hotline with Telegram to deal with the threat of terrorism in France.
3. If a country is unhappy with an internet service, the established practice is to start a legal action against the service itself. Using laws from the pre-smartphone era to charge a CEO with crimes committed by third parties on the platform he manages is a misguided approach. Building technology is hard enough as it is. No innovator will ever build new tools if they know they can be personally held responsible for potential abuse of those tools.
Establishing the right balance between privacy and security is not easy. You have to reconcile privacy laws with law enforcement requirements, and local laws with EU laws. You have to take into account technological limitations. As a platform, you want your processes to be consistent globally, while also ensuring they are not abused in countries with weak rule of law. We’ve been committed to engaging with regulators to find the right balance. Yes, we stand by our principles: our experience is shaped by our mission to protect our users in authoritarian regimes. But we’ve always been open to dialogue.
Sometimes we can’t agree with a country’s regulator on the right balance between privacy and security. In those cases, we are ready to leave that country. We've done it many times. When Russia demanded we hand over “encryption keys” to enable surveillance, we refused — and Telegram got banned in Russia. When Iran demanded we block channels of peaceful protesters, we refused — and Telegram got banned in Iran. We are prepared to leave markets that aren’t compatible with our principles, because we are not doing this for money. We are driven by the intention to bring good and defend the basic rights of people, particularly in places where these rights are violated.
All of that does not mean Telegram is perfect. Even the fact that authorities could be confused by where to send requests is something that we should improve. But the claims in some media that Telegram is some sort of anarchic paradise are absolutely untrue. We take down millions of harmful posts and channels every day. We publish daily transparency reports (like this or this ). We have direct hotlines with NGOs to process urgent moderation requests faster.
However, we hear voices saying that it’s not enough. Telegram’s abrupt increase in user count to 950M caused growing pains that made it easier for criminals to abuse our platform. That’s why I made it my personal goal to ensure we significantly improve things in this regard. We’ve already started that process internally, and I will share more details on our progress with you very soon.
I hope that the events of August will result in making Telegram — and the social networking industry as a whole — safer and stronger. Thanks again for your love and memes 🙏

Yea you got treat telegram like you would fb or Instagram dms. Not private. They made a great app just sad its not e2e encrypted by default. They might of been semi based before in declining government requests but now thats over. All messages open to govs
Telegram quietly updates FAQ, removing:
"All Telegram chats and group chats are private amongst their participants. We do not process any requests related to them."

All I heard a decade ago from people who didn't understand Bitcoin was, 'There is no point to Bitcoin. The government will just shut it down when they want by making it illegal.
IMAGINE HEDGING BITCOIN BY BETTING ON KAMALA. THIS IS WHY THEY SAY, STAY HUMBLE STACK SATS..... IF YOU DONT, YOU WILL END UP WITH LESS BTC.......

Regardless of who wins. Bitcoin will be fine, I agree. Definitely a mine field on X for newbies. Unlimited amount of bad ideas. Sadly stay humble stack sats is not a sexy enough message to some. They will learn the hard way.
