@de22920b people ask me that often, about my rule of no camera as much as possible, but it so much better for everyone. any computer screenshare for work/code/assets is the only video I use
Anyone else has “that” chunk of code or project from a few years back, in the back of their head, just taunting that it could be refactor/optimized? Like it’s not even a problem, but part of you just wants to fix it with what you know now, just me? Cool cool
@b95cda57 I saw that news, they want to keep morale up, they have the money for it, good for them, that will bring loyalty and people will wanna do good for them and the company, it's simple.
@5db042d5 I feel like this might be different since it seemed to be a crash log, to be fair, this might even be a JAVA crash that rider doesn't have control where it lands? there's several software that ends up with files in random places, sometimes just a couple mbs, sometimes big xD
@63a3952b not ideal but there is a setting somewhere to alleviate that problem, I think on player, something like Recompile after finished playing or whatever, I know I had that issue, never fully made it better but it helped a bit.
This actually make way more sense for why The Matrix wanted humans and they could actually manipulate it. Humans are already capable of dreaming without machine aid if the whole purpose was only “battery”. That’s why the scorched sky thing was always so vague I guess https://cybre.space/@polychrome/101848593189377482
gamedev tip: your character movement speed is likely too slow, go crazy, double it, see how it feels. Still good? double it. Too fast? go back one. I'll never stop defending that a faster character is always better than a slow one.
@351190ab I mostly forced myself to beat the final boss, took me over and hour of frustration, a good game only tainted by over the top bosses, with really no need, the game is just fine.
Even though I know I’ll likely switch to Easy mode later I always start games on Normal. It’s important games allow the switch mid play through, having this only at start can make someone give up a game if too hard later on.
