I really think #Cypto, #Bitcoin, etc is cool.

I don't like how the #Bitcoin has quickly become extremely cultic.

Relatividad, no subjetividad.

Wouldn't this at this point mean turning Nostr into a P2P network? Or am I missing something?

I don't get much engagement either on my own posts, but replying to other people is engaging enough.
I'm following you back. I have been following you for a long while - creepiness aside, might be a bug that you're not able to see it?
I use social networks to get into fights with people about what long dead people said.

And about the Holy Roman Empire.
 My priorities are clear.
I'd love to be able to tip you some XMR through Nostr. You make great content.
Huh! I'll have to take a look!
Also, what about Briar? I never see it mentioned in summaries like this.

You do realize Polio vaccines were used worldwide to essentially eradicate the disease, right?

Has the US been genocided?
Polio is a pretty bad one with easy preventative measures that have been proven to work. There are also organizations that work with refugee camps in order to prevent and treat other diseases. What seems to be the problem of a polio vaccination campaign?

Very true re: hardware manufacturing. I'd love a collaboration between Fairphone and GrapheneOS.
Been saying this since the first day I got here. Unless Nostr moves towards making relays minimal...
P2P holds a special place in my heart, but dumb relays sound promising as well. Dumb relays would also disallow moderation of any kind besides blacklisting users, however.

Yeah, that I'd love as well. You can sync it with Nextcloud and all that, but I'd love a way to do it through Syncthing.
I think Nextcloud and Tasks do not integrate all fields, but yeah.
I think #Steam is a good example of how keeping companies #private ( #Valve is owned by #GabeNewell) can help it preserve its vision and not become enshittified in the name of shareholders.
I'm very grateful for #grapheneOS it's been so long since I've felt like a mobile device is MINE....
 True ownership of your phone!
Pixel phones are the best phones anyway, among all phones compatible with #GrapheneOS
It is alway...
Except battery, which is a bit meh, and heat. My Pixel 7 Pro heats up like a tiny pocket sun.
It gets real hot for me during summers. If the ambient temperature is high (33°C-38°C) the phone does not cool properly. The case I guess obstructs a bit as well, but even without it the phone gets noticeably hot.
Checking back into #nostr after a few months' break. Any news?
 Any good #SimpleX groups?
Who's using graphene over stock pixel software? What's it like? #android #privacy
I am. It's like having a regular phone, but actually yours. I've had zero trouble with anything, only that Android Auto is missing.
If there is something that is absolutely certain for all of us, in all cases, is that we're going to die, and that our loved ones are going to die. It's also likely not going to be pretty.

This is true now and has been true for the entirety of our species' history.

Why then is it so hard to accept?

Not because He was more "full of virtue", but because He fullfilled the highest virtues.
We don't...
 I'm not being obtuse.

If man is more virtuous because of his greater ability to embody virtue, meaning to enact good effect on others than woman because of biological characteristics, a rich man should be considered more virtuous because of his greater ability to embody virtue than a poor man, because of his economic characteristics.

Where is the flaw in this reasoning?
You're watering down virtue to be just a fancy form of consequentialism, when it isn't. The virtue of an action resides on the motivation and goal of an action, not in its results.

A man who attempts to jump in front of a bullet to save an innocent life but fails is much more virtuous than someone who happens to trip and fall in the path of said bullet, even though the former fails to save a life and the latter succeeds, wouldn't you agree?
How does this support the argument that impact is the measure of virtue?
