Just admit it’s an appliance designed to get you from A to B, not a sports car. No one thinks your crossover is cool.

Great goal. So many positive choices need to happen over a long timespan for that to come true: from family choices to taking care of your health and your loved ones.
Was just talking to someone who just had a kid. Mom wants to stay home and be with the kid but they can’t afford to live on one income. It’s what the boomers normalized for us but it’s a terrible way to live.
In some ways Covid was a blessing as it forced normalization of WFH. It’s been great for families. I love that I can go play with my toddler, even for a few mins between calls. Just being present is huge and I can’t imagine being out of the house from 7-7, and basically missing my kids’ entire day.
Same boat. People are starting to realize that you can live in rural NJ and be an hour from the city. You go in for the day and come home to 1-2 acres of green, peace and quiet. Remote/hybrid outside a big city is the ideal mix, esp if you have a family/young kids.

In Egypt’s case it’s actually much worse than it looks. The “official” rate is 30 EGP to one USD, which is what Google shows, but the market rate is 65.

True but still sketchy to put your private key in a random website/client. The stakes are very low in an emerging social network (where followers, history etc aren’t super valuable) so it’s fine for now but needs to be solved for at some point I think
