No, he’s not, he’s just an investor that invested his bitcoin into peeker plants for hut8 miners and got rekt. Producing energy is best left to energy producers, not greedy bitcoiners who think they’re smarter than bitcoin.
@Coinos has to be the best nostr onboarding tool ever created.
It’s got a simple and easy signup process, immediately provides a profile url, nostr pub key, LNURL, NWC, allows you to export an NSEC to then use to log into other apps. It’s easy to understand for legacy types, and they can denominate there zaps in whatever currency they want or sats. It’s a bitcoin wallet, liquid wallet, and lightning wallet.
If you want to purple pill someone, ease them into the orange pill, I think having them start with Coinos makes a lot of sense.
Yah I have reactions disabled anyways so I can’t see those, and really judge “engagement” via zaps and comments.
Nostr still pretty dead overall, but most of the active people are legit rad (minus the #nostrati shills)
I liked the other account didn’t realize I had to follow this one too.
Sometimes the real time feed means people don’t see critical notes that require action
I don’t copy it twice, I pasted here immediately after trying to press the button in Damus, then I copied the string again, and that worked for me. It’s like Damus wasn’t reading the clipboard right
I’ve had some successful one tap zaps!!
I had some kind of issue where Damus wasn’t recognizing what was on my clipboard.
Also had to give it a bit of time before they started going through.
Coinos making nostr great!!! Thanks ya’ll!!
I really appreciate your quick response and on the fly fixes, felt like nostr circa Jan ‘23 again!
How will autopilot allow users the ability to control the content they publish and the content they view? Seems like it will just encourage maximum distribution and maximum receivership.
Prompt creation is a valid form of creativity, but AI generated imagery is actually hypothecated from real artists it was trained on and then mushed together. It is not art, at best it is a form of collage, but as there was no labor, love, or intention(as computers cannot impart love or intention) it can’t be “art”
It sure is! Let’s not forget about the Spider-Man, Elmo, and Winnie the Pooh gang in times square that always cop a feel of the girls who want a photo with them!
Coinbase is selling paper bitcoin to Blackrock and all of the ETFs it custodies.
Rehypothecation is occuring from bitcoin they owe to their retail customers holding on their exchange.
This range is Coinbase selling the tops and buying the dips to capture the spread to acquire the bitcoin they don’t actually have to the etfs at a later date.
If this doesn’t blow up in their face, they’ll continue to manipulate the market with this strategy.

Check the block chain. There’s no proper coin movement. Read the prospectus, there’s intentionally up to between 2-30 days before settlement is required. Coinbase is both custodian as well as tasked with acquiring the bitcoin. We don’t stop or fix it, the only thing stopping this train is a Coinbase blow up.
The bitcoin on the books already doesn’t match the on chain data. Settlement all happens in cash which can paper over the lack of bitcoin.
Everyone doubts it’s happening but everyone doubted FTX was insolvent as well.
The only solution is for people to store their coins in cold storage to make the data obvious to even the biggest excusers.
I’ve said it from the first time I heard about it, web of trust is fucking stupid.
Instead of solving discoverability, the devs are trying to create walled gardens.
Nostr needs new developers.
Clients need to implement relay controls to allow for users to manipulate where they write and where they read independently, as well as which relay they’re actively displaying in their feed.
Instead of clients just blasting notes everywhere and downloading every note from every relay, users should have granular control.
This also impacts how much of a bandwidth hog clients are, or data storage(cache) issues and crashes.
All of these “just do this thing” solutions don’t actually help nostr, they centralize and wall it off.
