I’ve been putting in the work on the West Coast. It’s very different to the East by way of geography. I find it inspiring for different reasons.
The industry and hustle ethic of the people, the bright sunny days, the great coast lines, the colourful wildlife from ordinary insects all the way up to prime apes everywhere and the numerous opportunities to make a positive contribution.
Putting in the Work
As I continue down the bitcoin rabbit hole I’ve been reflecting on it’s combined impact as P2P money in the way it has come to the fore in Nigeria; as a community fund via the likes of federated mints; as the basis for a circular economy exemplified by Bitcoin Beach; as commerce payment rails via Lightning; the corporate balance sheet model showcased by Micro Strategy and the transformation of nation states by way of El Salvador.
Satoshi’s gift keeps on giving as the many contributors continue to unpack it’s potential for individuals, communities, peoples, businesses, nations and regions. What is manifesting from their works is inspirational. This is truly a freedom technology.
I’ve collated my thoughts and framed them to underpin my collaborative efforts in Africa and in the UK. https://image.nostr.build/32669bb6c248eb52fb9c0157513ef083978e19c1c767b47d01979ea868f948d5.jpg
Good question. I’m guessing the important thing is to continue putting in the work at every level regardless of the direction political winds blow. Bitcoin is true and it’s on us (not party politics) to make it’s truth manifest
