Pretty sure the majority of people moved from X to Bluesky without even knowing the differences between the two. And it seems safe to say that nostr will be fringe for a while.

I told someone today I never want anyone to talk to me about drag queens/positive role models for kids again because our incoming President literally gestured sexual innuendoes in front of a crowd and on nationally tv less than a month ago.
I freaking love my hometown. Getting a late night drive through chai at a local place and saw a friend picking up food from the same place at the walk up window.
He ran over to the passenger side of my car and said “we love you very much, how are you hanging? 🕊️”

Today I’m realizing that even though the election is the outcome that many people here on nostr wanted, it isn’t making any difference toward to the pace at which clients will be counted built here. There’s no “reinvigoration.”
Guess I’ll just hang my hat on the fact that @jack has been deep in Black global/US culture and hope he leads in this moment.

At the salon this afternoon, the person doing my hair was a recent grad, totally fine. Anyway, I had my head back in the rinsing bowl and all of a sudden:

I rountinelty witnesss that people on nostr are quick to dismiss reality with theories. Rather than take something for what it is.
