Lots of notes re: Ross today. It’s an incoming Trump Administration, and hope springs eternal right. 

That said, just a heads up that the latest historical precedent for President Pardons at the onset of an incoming Admin was like…Ford in the early 70s for another President, Nixon. It happens on their way out, to gain favor or street cred.
