1. Make account with hosting company, and book whatever package seems right for you.
2. Pick a domain name, or transfer an existing one.
3. In the company's web interface, click a button that says "Install WordPress" or something like that. Wait a few minutes.
4. Your site's ready! Configure it to your heart's content.
5. Find out that you don't have as much time for blogging as you thought you did.

They'll run the techy stuff for you. You just pick your layout and get posting.
On a quick glance, prices seem to run at around 3-5 dollars a month.
