This is what I do, I picked a company that just turned it on for me (and setup HTTPS) I had to do my own domain name hacking though (configuring CNAME records) which isn't hard but it LOOKS hard)

I wouldn't recommend the company I chose but I assume there are many, some which I've been told even do the domain thing. Wordpress just auto updates to it's really easy once it's up.
