@Leaf Lord I love calisthenics I'm literally a calisthenicsbro I plank every single day and run and go on long walks (I love running barefoot, have you ever ran barefoot? You can tell the body is made for it with the way you land on the ball of your foot and all the energy is perfectly dissipated and then sent into the ground. You bounce and spring like a rabbit. Running barefoot literally makes me feel like I'm five years old again it's crazy).
