 I’m too skinny too hydrogen water fast, but maybe we do carnivore red meat only and hydrogen water 21 days?

 I did a year of carnivore & the first 21 days sucked more than any of the other 344 days. I have plenty of body fat.

I'm gonna get it & play with it first.

How much H₂ are you consuming per day?

 I was low fat & high carb going into carnivore.

I also did beef & water (no coffee) for the first 30 days.

Probably just multiple shocks to the system.
