tag users and events in issues and replies based on a nostr : npub... or nostr : nevent pasted into event content.
Would also be great, if we could 👎👍 the proposal, rather than only responding with text.
Do you mean the emoji's kinf or a standard way to ACK or NACK?
users are actually already tagged if the full bech32 is used nostr:nevent1qqszhs8y93mnj76va0wascdm0dt550e7683pqqdq5zh4fkw855w86wgpp4mhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mqzyzsq3hh327t0h2dq6matqn5064cgj2zanl2stkj6s0lg4t2h5dty6l6xc6n but there should be away to select from a list when the @ symbol is typed.
Problem is actually that it isn't displayed in your client as an @, not that it doesn't work as a mention.
Tagging from a list is nice, but not really as high-priority as other features, since we can just use other clients for that.
feedback like this is so important. evaluating what the most important next thing to work on is really hard at the best of times. especially so when having to 'wear every hat' in the software development process.
Do you mean that an inline reference to a users like @Laeserin should render with their name instead of long npub displayed as text?
Yes.
Ask and you shall receive. Implemented in commit 44fb751eca41de2859562a724ac9a567080a75d9
There is more of a dopamine hit when there is one issue per feature. There is like 6 other things to implement before this issue can be closed.
Do you still need this ticket or is the rest being tracked elsewhere?
Its not really clear what this issue is about is it? I think there are 3 outstanding feature requests that I don't think are captured elsewhere: 1. tagging using the @ symbol during when composing a message. a filtered list of users should appear. 2. respond to messages with nip25 reactions 3. display nip25 reactions in the footer of each event instead of treating them like a reply

yes, you should be able to tag a issue, comment, proposal or commit in proposal from a repository in a note (proposal, issue, comment) send to a different repository and have a reference to it and have it show up in both places. Similar how it works 'mentioned in' in github I suppose. this is dependent on this issue and: nostr:nevent1qqsg9fdqq7djq2sc7xamt49n7zd5qu73y8pupxfqxm3s76j3r25shqqhtk8jp https://gitworkshop.dev/repo/gitworkshop/issue/82a5a0079b202a18f1bbb5d4b3f09b4073d121c3c0992036e30f6a511aa90b80 and
