Its not really clear what this issue is about is it?
I think there are 3 outstanding feature requests that I don't think are captured elsewhere: 
1. tagging using the @ symbol during when composing a message. a filtered list of users should appear.
2. respond to messages with nip25 reactions
3. display nip25 reactions in the footer of each event instead of treating them like a reply
