I bet my wife has some great yoga movements for this. @adya
That would be amazing! Thanks in advance Adya 🌀
I’ve been meaning to make a video on this topic because it’s such a common problem! Sorry to hear you’re in pain

I can recommend some poses that I’ve found to help though, and make a nice sequence:

-Utthita and Parivritta Parsvakonasana
-Bhujangasana followed by Shalabasana
-Anantasana
-Ardha Matsyendrasana
-Jatara Parivartanasana
 Grounding/earthing. Castor oil.
I had two recommendations that had helped me, but unfortunately the more helpful one is now behind a paywall 😡

If you have a a chiropractor near you, definitely check the reviews and pay them a visit. I don't have a lot of trust in the medical system these days but I do visit a chiropractor whenever I feel back pain. Mine helped fix an injury where I apparently damaged a nerve causing crippling pain that I think was sciatica. While I still have minor, surface numbness in a few spots due to the nerve damage, the pain legitimately went away after one visit. Plus, I'd consider chiropractic to be holistic, personally.

That said, if you still have Twitter, I can recommend an account that revolves around body movements to relieve and keep back and body pains away. There's also a chiropractor channel on YouTube that offers some tips for home stretches to help in this regard.
I do this and it helps.

Another stretch I also do is lay flat on my back legs straight, with your left arm grab your right knee and pull it up to your left chest, repeat with other arm and leg.
would you like to talk in private about the emotional connections to the pain? it's not something that will solve the pain, but another way to look at it. maybe you already did that, but I thought I could offer just in case you didn't.
Wise insight digging there as well. TY 🌀
Cannabis or hemp topical salve with high doses of cbd and especially cbg. This will relieve the pain significantly.

Combined with strong indica cannabis strain preferably one with a 1:1 ratio of cbd to thc if you can find it.

Use rick simpsons oil for maximum relief taken sublingual under the tongue. It is the healthiest option. Smoked in flower form if you cant find the RSO as a last non edibles resort.
10-20 minutes deep body squat per day, any movements to stretch/strengthen the psoas. feel better!
really digging the slant board for deep squats
Will give it ago after travels. Have heard good things!
Bridges - regular at first, can add toe taps at the top of the bridge (lift one foot then the other) - this strengthens lower back and hips for independent movement and there are lots of variations as you get stronger
Figure 4 stretch - hold for 2 min to get into fascia
Laying down on belly with upper body propped up a bit - puts lower back in the opposite position as we normally have it and usually feels v good

I have tried foundation training too and it is helpful but i felt bored w it lol

Work on releasing emotion stored in hips (hello, grief?) and strengthening root chakra security. So maybe 5 rhythms/ecstatic dance, which i am never bored with haha
That grief is a real pain in the ass. Will look up 5 rhythms 🪩
Pigeon pose does it for me

You can do it normal, or lay on your back and bring your new up to your chest
Bring your leg** up to your chest

For example left knee to right chest

Feel the stretch in your butt. It'll loosen your hips and pretty much stop sciatica
Have you tried/are you able to strengthen the area? The other recommendations are good to incorporate, but that area may suffer from weakness too.
 Read Dr Sarno
Will look into Dr S. Grazie
Yes! Bad injury in 2020. Minimal chronic pain now but it’s taken time. There are several resources out there that can resolve these issues without medication, surgery, or injections. It takes work, commitment, and learning but we are living at the best time bc there is a lot of good open source material. I’m happy to help (no cost) if needed.
The exercise which helps with my lower back pain is the one depicted here: https://helenaciampolini.com/deitar-com-as-pernas-contra-a-parede-um-alongamento-simples-e-otimo-para-saude-do-seu-corpo/ .

Basically you lay on the floor with your back to the ground, and raise your legs to a wall forming a 90°/ L shape. It is important for the legs and the bottom to be pressed against the wall. then, try reaching with your hands to your feet toes. You will feel the back stretching and relaxing, and the pain should be mitigated in a couple weeks.
Hello my dear….deep squats/malasana 15-20 min a day cured me of sciatica issues 14 years ago. 🙏🏻
The exercises in this book were very helpful in reducing/eliminating my lower back and hip pain.

Testing out a carnivore diet as an elimination diet for a month + Yin yoga for lower back + yoga nidra for releasing what no longer serves.
A family constellation perhaps to look into deeper insights and reveal remedies.
 Any resources for family constellations?
