If you have a a chiropractor near you, definitely check the reviews and pay them a visit. I don't have a lot of trust in the medical system these days but I do visit a chiropractor whenever I feel back pain. Mine helped fix an injury where I apparently damaged a nerve causing crippling pain that I think was sciatica. While I still have minor, surface numbness in a few spots due to the nerve damage, the pain legitimately went away after one visit. Plus, I'd consider chiropractic to be holistic, personally. That said, if you still have Twitter, I can recommend an account that revolves around body movements to relieve and keep back and body pains away. There's also a chiropractor channel on YouTube that offers some tips for home stretches to help in this regard.
