Sorry to hear you’re in pain I can recommend some poses that I’ve found to help though, and make a nice sequence: -Utthita and Parivritta Parsvakonasana -Bhujangasana followed by Shalabasana -Anantasana -Ardha Matsyendrasana -Jatara Parivartanasana
